Kent Glasco

Kent is currently a member of the Ellendale Volunteer Fire Company. He holds the positions of President within the Sussex County Fire Chief’s Association. He also serves on the Advisory to DEMA committee.

Mark Harris

Mark is currently a member of the Claymont Fire Company. He holds the positions of 2nd Vice President within the New Castle County Fire Chief’s Association. He also serves on the Advisory to DEMA, Advisory to State Fire School, and DVFA Conference committees.

Michael Edwards

Michael is currently a member of the Elsmere Fire Company, No. 1. He holds the positons of President within the Fire Chief’s Association. He also serves on the Advisory to DEMA, and Homeland Security committees.

Scott Bundek

Scott is currently a member of the Little Creek Volunteer Fire Company. He holds the positons of President within the Kent County Fire Chief’s Association. He also serves on the Advisory to DEMA, and Homeland Security committees.

Jonathan Stevenson

Jonathan is currently a member of the Seaford Volunteer Fire Department. He serves on the Advisory to Mutual Relief committee.

Richard J. Perillo

Richard is currently a member of the Christiana Fire Company. He serves on the Advisory to Mutual Relief committee.

Steve White

Steve is currently a member of the Frederica Volunteer Fire Company. He serves on the Life Safety, Advisory to Mutual Relief, and Advisory to State Pension committees.

William F. Tobin, Jr.

William is currently a member of the Memorial Volunteer Fire Company. He serves on the Law & Legislative, Advisory to Mutual Relief, and Budget and Finance committees.

William “Bill” F. Tobin is the current Treasurer and serves as a Fire Policeman for Memorial Fire Company of Slaughter Beach, where he has also served as Ambulance Supervisor. Bill was a past President of the Sussex County Volunteer Firefighters Association. He continues to serve the DVFA on the Law and Legislative, Scholarship, Budget & Finance and 100th Anniversary Committees.

Bill was elected to the Delaware Volunteer Firefighter’s Association Hall of Fame.

Brian C. Reeder

Brian is currently a member of the Christiana Fire Company. He holds the positons of New Castle County Director within the DVFA Elected Directors. He also serves on the Advisory to State Fire Marshal, Advisory to SFPC, Law & Legislative, and Archives committees.

Elmer Steele

Elmer is currently a member of the Laurel Fire Department. He holds the positons of Secretary within the DVFA Executive Officials, Director within the Sussex County Firefighters Association, and Assistant Secretary within the Sussex County Fire Chief’s Association. He also serves on the Advisory to SFPC, Out of State Coordinators, DVFA Conference, and Partners in Progress committees.

James Arrington

James is currently a member of the Bridgeville Volunteer Fire Company. He holds the positions of 2nd Vice President within the DVFA Executive Officials. He also serves on the Advisory to SFPC, and Budget and Finance committees.

James Woznicki

James is currently a member of the Leipsic Volunteer Fire Company. He holds the positions of Kent County Director within the DVFA Elected Directors. He also serves on the Advisory to SFPC, Permanent Memorial, Recruitment & Retention, and Homeland Security committees.

Kenneth Ryder, Jr.

Kenneth is currently a member of the Felton Community Fire Company. He holds the positons of Past President withn the DVFA Executive Officials. He also serves on the Advisory to SFPC, Past Presidents Advisory, and Budget and Finance committees.

Norman Jones, Jr.

Norman is currently a member of the Ellendale Volunteer Fire Company. He holds the positions of Executive Manager within the DVFA Executive Officials. He also serves on the Advisory to SFPC, Past Presidents Advisory, Law & Legislative, Revolving Loan Fund, Web Page, DVFA Conference, Partners in Progress, and DVFA Cruise committees.

Norman “Jay” Jones currently holds the position of Fire Police Captain at the Ellendale Volunteer Fire Company. In the past, he has held the positions of 1st Assistant Chief, 2nd Assistant Chief, 3rd Assistant Chief, Director, Fire Captain, Fire Police, Fire Recorder, Secretary, Vice President and President. Norman was the recipient of the Ellendale Jr. Firefighter of the year, the Ellendale Firemen of the year and EMS Driver of the Year awards. In addition, Norman was inducted into the Delmarva Volunteer Firemen’s Assn Hall of Fame and served as President of the Sussex County Volunteer Firefighter’s Association. He is also a former Mayor of the town of Ellendale, Delaware and serves as the Sussex County Clerk of the Peace.

Terry M. Whitham

Terry is currently a member of the Dover Fire Department. He holds the positions of Treasurer within the DVFA Executive Officials. He also serves on the Advisory to SFPC, Permanent Memorial, Web Page, and Budget and Finance committees.

Thomas DiCristofaro

Thomas is currently a member of the Claymont Fire Company. He holds the positions of President within the DVFA Executive Officials. He also serves on the Advisory to SFPC, Recruitment & Retention, and Budget and Finance committees.
